New Years Resolutions don’t work, so at Storyline we’re trying something different. I’m taking our readers through a five-day life-coaching experience. We’ve already taken more than 10,000 people through a similar process through our life-planning book and our conferences and we’ve seen positive changes in our clients’ sense of clarity, well being, relational engagement and productivity. While goal-setting is great, this process is more comprehensive.
Here’s how it works:
We’re going to pretend you’ve signed up for a life-coaching session and are spending a week at my house, meeting every day to plan your life.
Each day this week I’ll give you one or two assignments that will add up to a complete life plan. Each assignment will dig into an aspect of your life that will help you better understand who you are, how you’re wired and what changes you need to make for a happier, more productive year.
Screenwriters spend years planning their stories. What would happen if you spent one week planning the story of your life? How much better do you think it would be? We think it will make all the difference.
Let’s get started in the morning. Email some friends and commit to the week together. This year can be different.
